The Question of . . .

"Is sexual activity, with a person of one's own sex, a sin?"

Let's  examine this question, not in terms of homosexuality, but in terms of sexual sin as a whole.
God created sexuality, He also ordained it to be used only within the confines of marriage between a man and a woman.
All other sexual activity is a sin, period.

Given that homosexual activity is, in fact, a sin; how should the church deal with the homosexual?
In the same way they deal with any sinner, a thief, a liar, an adulterer, or a homosexual. In God's eye sin is sin.

The church needs to start dealing with the homosexual with God's Grace and love.
Providing non-judgmental counseling for those involved in homosexuality as well as those struggling with the temptation.
Jesus' sacrifice on Calvary's Cross is sufficient to cover all sin, even the sin of homosexuality.
